Senior Project Manager

Location: Dublin (Mostly Remote but need to be commutable to Dublin city)
Contract: Initial 7-Month Contract

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a Contact Center Upgrade for a major bank. You’ll drive the project in a dynamic, high-paced environment, balancing Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This role offers mostly remote work, with occasional site visits to the bank in Dublin city center.

You will work as part of a 3rd party service provider into the bank who are delivering this project and engage with several teams and stakeholders locally and internationally. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of the contact center upgrade project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Adapt delivery methods to Agile and some Waterfall practices.
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects in the banking or financial sector.
  • Expertise in contact center technologies and upgrade processes would be nice to have
  • Strong self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, busy environments.
