My client is a dynamic and growing MSP with a passion for great technology and even better customer service. Their team is collaborative, friendly, and always ready to support one another and they are looking for someone who shares that energy. As a Level 2 Engineer, you'll troubleshoot complex issues, work on both client and server environments (virtual and physical), and get hands-on with cloud and on-premise services. You’ll also get to roll out and implement IT solutions, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in delivering projects that make a real difference for their clients.
Your Responsabilities:
Resolve assigned support tickets and technical issues efficiently
Act as an escalation point for the Level 1 support team
Communicate clearly with clients, keeping them in the loop and ensuring their needs are met (and exceeded!)
Deploy and document new IT solutions for a variety of businesses
Help introduce and assess new technologies for our service offerings
Keep client documentation up to date and support our team with accurate technical reporting
Provide mentoring and training to junior technicians
Your Experience & Education:
3+ years’ experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure Admin portals (Exchange, SharePoint, etc.)
Strong skills in firewall, wired/wireless networking, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Intune, Windows Server (2016+), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
Project implementation experience and a knack for documentation
A team player with top-notch communication skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider environment is a big plus
CompTIA Network+, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, Azure certifications - AZ-104, MS-102, MD-102 (highly desirable)
Experience with PSA systems and time management tools (desirable)
