Meet Mario Robles – our Resourcer here at The Recruitment Company, and a bona fide food aficionado with a taste as eclectic as his recruitment expertise. When we asked Mario about his favourite cuisine, he didn’t hold back...he’s all about Tacos and Mexican food in general - proudly supporting and celebrating his homeland culture. 

Yep, you guessed it! Mario's roots are tied to Mexico and his approach to recruitment is a perfect blend of spice and precision. Much like a well-crafted taco – where every ingredient plays its part – he knows that every candidate has unique flavours that need to be highlighted. But he’s not one to settle for bland matches; Mario’s all about mixing in the right level of zest to ensure every placement is as satisfying as that first bite of your favourite dish.

We’ve seen his enthusiasm for both food and talent, and let’s just say he’s a man cooking up some seriously impressive results. His knack for finding the perfect role is as undeniable as his love for a crunchy taco. In Mario’s world, no candidate or client is ever left with a half-baked experience.
